Tools of the Trade

I am so excited to share with you the tools I use to run my online groups and online business! Whether you are just starting our or are established, using the right tools to get your job done more efficiently and easier is always best!

I share these tools because I absolutely use them and have enjoyed using them. I also do have affiliations with some of these tools as well, and if you choose to use these tools and their services by using my links below I get a small percentage of that sale! So thank you for trusting me with recommendations for services!

Aweber is an email marketing tool. It allows you to use multiple sign up forms, connected to follow up series, campaigns and more. The best thing is you can customize the tags and separate out and join lists simply by using tags on forms and they all get added to the right list! This is a full range email marketing software that is user friendly and easy to follow, with many guides to help you along the way.

Dropbox is the best place to save your files you are going to share with others, or to use them on the go for yourself. I have been using Dropbox for many years and love it! It’s where you download many of the files from that I share, and I use it to work from multiple locations!

You can use this for free with a limited amount of storage, or choose the level of storage that most fits your business and needs. The most basic paid plans has 3 TB of space and that is HUGE!

Canva is a great place to create graphics if you like them! It’s free to start with and you can pay for upgraded graphics or you can get a membership for pro access. I use it when I am on the move and not with my professional design equipment or for quick blog post graphics!

All the websites I have built over the years have been in WordPress. It’s an easy to use interface. You can start with a free site through their commercial link, but there are minimally priced larger options available.

I have been using SiteGround hosting service for many websites for many years. I have built many sites through their service. They have 24 hour service and a very user friendly interface, and easy to use FTP area with additional tools, or right through the control panel. Check out their plans here.

I have been using Adobe professional design products since 1997. They are the best and most comprehensive graphics and design programs available. They offer a wide variety of products from photo editing, to page layout, to web design and so much more.
